Account data: email, username, full name, avatar (if you upload one), plan, and language preference. Usage content: your chart layouts, drawings, watchlists, alerts, paper trades, and journal entries — stored so the Service works. Technical data: standard logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging, and aggregate analytics (Google Analytics) on the public site.
We do not collect real brokerage credentials, bank or card numbers (payments are handled entirely by Stripe), government IDs, or real trading account data. Paper trading is simulated — there is no real money in the Service.
To operate the Service (auth, saving your work, sync across devices), process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve the product, and respond to support. AI features process your chart context to generate analysis; we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We rely on: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (site analytics), and market data providers. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. For classroom features, your instructor can see the work you submit to their classroom.
We keep your data while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is legally required (e.g. billing records).
Under Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP) — and equivalent laws where applicable — you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to or limit its processing (ARCO rights). Contact [email protected] to exercise them.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected with per-user access controls (row-level security) in the database. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. See also our Terms of Service.
