ROMACO ("the Service", "we") is an educational trading platform operated from Fresnillo, Zacatecas, México. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ROMACO is an educational tool. Nothing in the Service — charts, indicators, patterns, levels, AI-generated analysis, replays, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not registered with any financial regulator. Any trading decisions you make in real markets are exclusively your own responsibility.
All trading inside ROMACO is simulated ("paper") trading. No real money is deposited, invested, or at risk within the Service, and no real orders are sent to any market. Simulated results do not represent real trading results and are not indicative of future performance: simulations do not account for slippage, liquidity, fees, or the psychological pressure of real losses.
The Service includes an AI analyst. Its numeric inputs (prices, indicator values, levels) are computed deterministically from market data, but its interpretations, theses, and conclusions are automatically generated and can be wrong. AI output is provided for educational discussion only. Do not rely on it for real-world financial decisions.
Market data shown in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided by third-party sources we do not control. Data is provided for educational use only and must not be used for real-time trading decisions or redistributed.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service (including scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk access, or attempting to bypass usage limits), or create risk for other users.
Free and paid plans are described at /plans. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Institutional (university) agreements are governed by their own written terms when they exist, which prevail over these Terms for that institution.
The Service, including its charting engine, design, and content, is owned by ROMACO
or its licensors. Open-source components (such as @romaco/mcp, Apache-2.0)
and source-available components (such as the charting engine, BUSL-1.1) are governed
by their own licenses. You keep ownership of the content you create in the Service
(drawings, journals, notes) and grant us the license needed to store and display it
back to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMACO and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (or USD $50 if you use the free plan).
We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email, and continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Fresnillo, Zacatecas, México, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
